These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Axiom Trade platform operated by Axiom Data ("we", "us", "our"), located in Sydney, Australia. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

Axiom Trade provides a platform for Australian businesses to source products from Chinese manufacturers. Our services include product sourcing, quality inspection, logistics coordination, and customs clearance facilitation.

3. Account Registration

To use our platform, you must register an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Orders and Pricing

All product prices are indicative and subject to confirmation. Final pricing is provided in a formal quotation or invoice. Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices based on supplier costs, exchange rate fluctuations, and shipping conditions.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified on each invoice. Standard terms require a deposit upon order confirmation with the balance due before shipping. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the invoice.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the nominated shipping address.

7. Quality and Inspections

We conduct quality inspections on behalf of buyers. However, final acceptance of goods is the buyer's responsibility. Claims for defects must be made within 48 hours of delivery with supporting documentation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiom Trade's liability is limited to the value of the specific transaction in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
